Acceptance
By installing or using MNEMONIC: Daily Puzzle (the "App"), you agree to these terms.
Use
The App is provided as-is. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or attempt to manipulate leaderboards or anti-cheat measures.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or attempt to compromise the service.
Purchases
In-app purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by Google Play or Apple App Store policies.
Liability
The App is provided without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
Changes
These terms may be updated. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
